Attorney Deborah Schwab works directly with your clients and coordinates with you, so inspection disputes, amendments, disclosure questions, and closing-timing issues get handled without slowing the deal. She charges flat fees, takes no referral payments, and is one point of contact for legal questions.
Deal Desk is for real estate agents working with buyers and sellers in Allegheny County, Washington County and all of southwestern Pennsylvania.
How It Works
1. The Agent Introduces the Client
You open the door for your buyer or seller to have independent legal representation for the legal side of the transaction. You lead the real estate strategy, the negotiation and the overall transaction. Attorney Schwab reviews the contract, assesses legal risk and advises the client on legal issues if and when they come up.
2. The Client Opts In
The client chooses to engage Attorney Deborah Schwab directly, on a flat-fee limited-scope basis. She does not represent the client until she and the client agree in writing.
3. She Coordinates with the Agent
She stays in touch with you on inspection disputes, amendments, disclosure questions, and timing, so the file keeps moving.
4. The Agent Stays at the Brokerage
You keep your brokerage, your clients, and your role. She does not take the listing or the buyer away from you.
5. No Referral Fees
She does not pay you, and she does not ask you to pay her, for making the introduction.
6. No Client-Data Sharing
She does not pass the client's information to a list, a lead program, or anyone the client has not asked her to speak with.
